By participating in the Coupon Referral Program offered by Modus Systems, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to the distribution and use of personalized discount coupons as part of the referral program.
1. Eligibility
This program is open to all customers of www.modusit.co.za/shop who receive an exclusive, personalized coupon from Modus Systems. To be eligible to earn rewards, you must:
- Share your personalized coupon with friends, family, or others.
- Ensure the coupon is used for a valid transaction on www.modusit.co.za/shop.
2. Exclusive Coupon
- Each participant will receive a unique coupon code to distribute. This coupon can only be redeemed through purchases made on www.modusit.co.za/shop.
- The discount provided by the coupon may vary and will be determined by Modus Systems.
3. Earn Rewards (Finder’s Fee)
- Participants will earn a finder’s fee based on the net sale amount (excluding VAT, shipping, and other applicable fees) for each successful purchase made using their coupon.
- The finder’s fee is a percentage of the net sale, determined at the time the coupon is issued.
- Example: If your allocated coupon finders fee percentage is 5% – When a net sale of R500 is made using your coupon, you will earn R25. If a net sale of R100,000 is made, you will earn R5,000.
- A minimum transaction of net R500 is required for the coupon to be valid and for the participant to earn a finder’s fee.
4. Payment of Finder’s Fee
- Finder’s fees will be calculated and paid out within 30 days of the corresponding sale’s completion.
- Payments will be made through a method chosen by Modus Systems (e.g., bank transfer or store credit).
- Modus Systems reserves the right to withhold payment if any fraudulent activity or abuse of the program is suspected.
5. Coupon Usage
- Coupons must be used within their validity period. Expired coupons will not be honoured.
- Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
- Modus Systems reserves the right to modify or revoke any coupon at any time without notice.
6. Program Limitations
- Modus Systems reserves the right to cap the amount of finder’s fees that can be earned by any participant.
- This program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time at the sole discretion of Modus Systems.
7. Disputes
- Any disputes or issues regarding finder’s fee calculations must be submitted in writing to Modus Systems within 10 business days of the payment notification.
- Modus Systems’ decision regarding disputes will be final.
8. Privacy
- By participating in this program, you agree to share your personal information with Modus Systems for the purpose of administering the program. This includes processing payments and communicating program updates.
