Through our payment facilitators, Modus Systems provides you with several ways to pay:

1.    Payment by Credit Debit Card, this will be processed directly via the Yoco, NetCash  or PayFast gateways; these transactions are end-to-end secured.

2.    We can accept Credit payments via MobiCred, PayFlex & MoreTyme. Credit is a tool that needs to be used wisely; please refer to the following for guidance: https://mobicred.co.za/help / https://payflex.co.za/for-shoppers Customers need to have an existing MobiCred or MoreTyme account before buying through the Mobicred/MoreTyme PayFast gateway; for account creation, please go to MobiCred  / MoreTyme / PayFlex to apply. Once they are approved, you may come back to complete the checkout process.

3.    Customers can make payments by direct deposit; please note that your order will be held until we verify the payment in our bank account. To speed up this process, please send a copy of your proof of payment to accounts@modusit.co.za. Please be sure to include your order number in your correspondence and use your order number as your payment reference.

How Credit and Cheque cards work:

1. During the checkout process, buyers are prompted to enter their credit or cheque card details.

2. The 3D Secure page will then appear where they will need to authenticate themselves with their bank using either a password or one-time PIN (OTP).

3. Buyers can then make the payment.

How Instant EFT works:

1. The buyer selects their bank and logs in using their online banking credentials.

2. Next, they choose from which account they will be making the payment.

3. Buyers then verify the payment with their bank on their mobile device.

4. The payment is processed.

How Debit cards work:

1. Debit card payments can be made using cards issued by Visa Electron and Maestro.

2. When the buyer chooses to pay by debit card at checkout, they are prompted to enter their registered mobile phone number.

3. Next, the buyer enters their debit card details and PIN on their mobile phone.

How Masterpass works:

1. After the buyer selects Masterpass as their payment method during checkout, they are shown a QR code.

2. Buyers can scan the QR code by using the Masterpass app on their mobile device or complete the payment within the Masterpass App if checking out on mobile

3. The payment is authorised with their bank PIN and processed.
