I ordered at modus and mistakenly entered a wrong cellphone number so I waited without knowing that my number is wrong, thankfully I was assisted by a kind person on their WhatsApp number who was willing to help me with my order since it was having trouble arriving at my destination because the courier company cannot get hold of me, but finally I got my parcel and I will order again. What I love about them is that even if I was having troubles with my order but they never ignored me instead they wanted to find out what was the problem holding the parcel. I love their service
