Check that the card number, card name and expiry date is entered exactly as it is on the front of your card. Check that your 3 digit CVC number on the back of the card is also entered correctly. Software is only returnable if it has not been opened – if the seal is broken – the product is no longer returnable.
You will only be able to cancel an order before you process your payment, after a payment is made, please follow the refund process.
It’s not possible to add or remove items from an order once you’ve received your payment confirmation email.
